'Beautiful new facility. We went to the casino, and had a drink in the bar, and were told we could only pay in cash or with our players card which we didn't have. Very odd. Also was told at the front desk that I couldn't get a copy of my end bill although the other people we were there with did. I just think staff needs some training and/or supervision.'

'I would have given it 5 stars but the AC in our room was not great. It was VERY warm in our room & it took a long time for it to cool down our room so it was comfortable enough to sleep'
