The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.'

'The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.'
