'Adobe Creek cottage was a perfect stay and location. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The view of the Colorado National Monument was amazing from the front patio and out the windows. Perfect for watching sun and moon rise and set. If you are a golfer you can walk to the 27 hole golf course! We spent a day at the Monument which is a must see! We also enjoyed a scenic drive through BLM land which is so bountiful and beautiful in Colorado. Would love...

'This place was perfect for our extended weekend. It was clean and comfortable. We were there for the Palisade Bluegrass Festival, which was an easy 15-minute drive up the road. We will likely want to stay here again next year!'

'Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

'Property was close to everything we were looking for. Had lots of room and would of been great for more people if we would of had. It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time.'

"Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel slecht, vooral het zwembad en de algemene ruimtes en lift zijn toe aan onderhoud. De locatie is prima, aan de snelweg, maar ook redelijk dicht bij de mall van Grand Junction. Er is een groot buiten zwembad met een hottub, maar de staat daarvan is erg slecht. Wij zouden een volgende keer niet terugkomen en uitkijken naar iets beters!"
