'We had a nice stay at your condo. Great views and access to use our kayaks and paddle boards. One suggestion to replace the double bunk bed mattress. It was not comfortable, feels like an hard board. Otherwise, we had all the amenities we needed. '

'Great size for a stay for 2-4 ppl! Small walk to the marina and heart of things in Grand Lake, lovely river spot out back, and pretty comfy beds.Two small things - we had to call the manager (who was very responsive) bc the main lights didn't seem to be working. Turns out there is a certain specific way the switches have to be to turn on. Keep trying! The other thing was that by our check in morning, the trash bin outside was very full and it was hard to get our trash in there.'

'Super comfortable, modern (especially for Grand Lake), clean and well equipped. We didn't "cook" and brought our own coffee, snacks and drinks (of course), but kitchen had all we needed. Most amazing thing was how quiet it was - no dogs / minimal traffic. Loved we could walk only a block to the Rep Theater (as well as downtown shops, restaurants and lake)! We'll be back :) '

'This unit was clean and not far at all from the lake, shops and restaurants. Was a little disappointed in the “kitchenette”. Was expecting to be able to cook a meal but was limited with only a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The Rapids Restaurant next door was very delicious!'

'Waking up to the lake view and ease of getting on and off the lake was fabulous. The property was very comfortable, well cared for and a great location for a family/friends getaway. '
