Rustig toevluchtsoord met een eigen binnenplaats in Grand Lake Village!

Moet je zien! Dit schattige, gerenoveerde huisje met 2 slaapkamers uit de jaren 40 bevindt zich op loopafstand van het centrum, Grand Lake en RMNP.

De cabine van deze 1940 is geladen met historisch karakter en gelegen op een rustige, grote kavel in het dorp Grand Lake. "Schattig en gezellig" zijn termen die worden gebruikt om deze authentieke dorpshut te beschrijven. Deze charmante hut heeft een queensize bed en een wastafel in een slaapkamer, een aparte mooie badkamer met douche, wasmachine / droger en twee eenpersoonsbedden en een tv / videorecorder in de tweede slaapkamer, een aparte woonkamer en keuken, een bad en een open haard op gas. Magnetron en vaatwasser aanwezig. Grill, zithoek en vuurplaats buiten. Hondenrennen beschikbaar aan de achterkant van het pand, zodat je harige vrienden kunnen genieten van het buitenweer terwijl je in het park wandelt. Gebruik 's ochtends het koffiezetapparaat of wandel door de stad naar een van de plaatselijke koffiebars aan het meer. Misschien gewoon loungen in de zithoek buiten en kijken of dieren in het wild door het gebied dwalen. De charme van deze hut, de rustige omgeving en de loopafstand van de stad, het meer en de trailheads van het Rocky Mountain National Park maken het een gemakkelijke keuze voor een vakantieverblijf.

We have stayed at this particular cabin before. Each time has been great! Grand Lake in the winter has a sleepy charm and there is always something going on in the community that is fun to participate in.

Cute, cozy, and convenient Cabin

Great location with just a 10-15 minute walk to town and to the marina. Super cute and perfect fit for a small family! Hosts provided all the information we needed to navigate check-in and check-out, plus a host of information to make our weekend complete. Great place to stay!!!

Quiet and Cozy Cottage

Nice and clean cottage. Small but cozy. This is our second stay in this cottage. We choose to return for several reasons; small, we like the small quarters for gathering with our adult children. Proximity to town, very nice short walk to the grocery store or into town for lunch. Kitchen, we always cook most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and toaster, crock pot. Nice to be able to prepare our own meals.

Grand Lake Cabin

Cute little cabin on the edge of town. It felt very private, nobody next door the weekend we stayed and enough trees behind to block the houses. Area was quiet, peaceful, and convenient to nearby activities. The cabin itself was very clean and well stocked with dishes, toiletries, linens, etc. Private, partially fenced backyard with a firepit and plenty of seating. Rebekah was an amazing host; very accommodating with our check in and she also checked in on Saturday to make sure everything was going well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed out stay in the cabin. The kitchen a decent amount of cooking tools which is always something I hope for. Not too much as far as check out chores. Close to town so a short drive or walk to lake. Close to the entrance of RMNP.

Perfect quiet cabin

We loved our stay. At the east wnd of the road theres also a perfect hill for the kids to sled. Nice restaurants all around within walking distance. Everything was clean and worked properly. Had plenty to accomade us the 5 days. Brought our dog which was a huge plus.

We really enjoyed the small cabin. It was perfect for us and our pup. We were close enough to walk into town in the morning for coffee and a short drive to get to the RMNP.

Don’t stay here!

This is a small, cute house. That wasn’t the problem - two problems, one small and one huge. The small one - you can’t enter through the front door. You have to go around the back. Second, there is MICE POOP all over the place! And, we saw a MOUSE!! Of course when we saw this, we immediately left the property. We reached out to the host to ask for a full refund, given how unsafe that is, we had to leave early, and had to find an expensive place to stay before we went home. It was a total mess and now I get to be terrified of illness for the next month. There are plenty of other places to stay. Additionally, the host is now claiming there isn’t any mouse poop. Luckily I took photos (and texted the host said photos, so very odd).

Cute Cabin

This cabin was a good "home base" for us as we explored the area. Quick easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake downtown, and more. Things to note that we didn't love: had a pet odor in the entryway and kitchen area, and is NOT toddler friendly (outlets, curtain strings, lots of small loose items, etc). Would be fine for little bit older kids though.

Grand Lake Cabin

The cabin would be a great getaway for two to four people. It is comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The cabin was decorated with a fun cabin theme. Nice art! Had plenty of towels, etc. Love having the washing machine. Unfortunately we had to deal with a bad smell coming from under the crawl space of the cabin. Apparently a critter died under there. We were able to get ahold of the owner and she was able to get someone to come while we were out hiking the next morning to take care of the problem. The smell was still pretty strong in the front area of the house. Hopefully it will dissipate soon! This was something that could happen in a cabin setting and it wan’t anyone’s fault. Rebecca offered to by us dinner but we just wanted to let her know so she could take care of it. We both thought the enclosed yard could use some major clean up after the winter. It would be nice for families during the summer with a little clean up.

Spring Break

Nice little getaway cabin for the family. Features a small kitchen, living room, small dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a queen size bed. It has a small stacked washer & dryer for your use. Owner even included shampoo, lotion, laundry soap if you forgot it. She has extra stuff for you to pick up pet droppings if you forgot that as well. There’s a nice enclosure for the dog out back. Very nice. We will be back.

Great property

This is a nice, clean comfortable cabin with all the amenities you will need to explore the area. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of supplies on hand if you need them. There is plenty to do in and around Grand Lake and this is a great home base to eat and rest up during your adventure. The cabin is on a quiet side street and has reliable wi-fi. There is a stackable washer/dryer if you need it. Would stay here again, enjoyed the cabin.
