'Room was very nice, well maintained & decorated. Beds were firmer than we're used to but ours at home is pretty soft. Location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the waterfront. Would stay there again.'

'We loved the central location. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks provided were a nice perk. If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. 'This cottage was great for our family. It is located right on the river bank in a quiet area. The living room and kitchen were roomy, and the bedrooms plenty big.It was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, and paper products.The outside area was great for sitting as a group, having an evening around the fire pit, or sticking your feet in the river. We had paddle boarders and swimmers with us that took advantage of being riverside. Nobody brought a fishing pole, so I don’t know about fishing...

'Everything about this stay was wonderful. Our whole family was able to be together under one roof and there was plenty of space for all of us. Au Train beach was fun, only a short walk. The property owner/manager were wonderful and super kind & helpful.Would definitely stay again if in the area. '

'We had a terrific stay at Anna’s Place. It was clean and comfy. Would totally stay there again. The city was repairing the road so the trip into Munising was blocked which made the drive into town 8-9 minutes longer. There is a small stream next to the house and across the road a place to take a short walk to Lake Superior. Some in our group walked there to bird watch and star gaze at night.'

'Fourth time to Munising; second time renting The Dutch. The cottage has all the amenities we need and more. The location is exemplary - walking distance to local beaches, coffee and downtown services. Our kids enjoyed renting electric scooters from the next-door, Camp Store. Munising is a 45 minute drive where you can rent pontoons or kayak Pictured Rocks. Less than a 45 min drive to other notable beaches. Grand Marais is the best! '

'Great get away to rewind and relax. Wife worked on a puzzle while I polished rocks. Cell service was OK for us. Little ways to walk to beach, so plan your trip. Just a great location.'

'This place was great! We were up in that area for a long weekend to check out Waterfalls. It was 15 min drive to Pictured Rocks. Was in a private area and was very well kept up. The mosquitos were intense when we first got there guessing because l you are right off of the au train river. However, we had brought thermacells so we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the deck area. Highly recommend. '
