'Everything from the moment I walked through the main door, Ms.Toni had such a welcoming smile greeting me to the moment I checked out. I was in town for work & was accidentally booked at another hotel that was not so pleasant whatsoever, so I moved to Spring Hill suites the very next morning. While explaining my previous night stay elsewhere, Toni did everything to accommodate me in order to make my stay even better to help make up for my previous night, even tho it wasn’t at a Spring Hill...

'Very nice room with plenty of space, comfortable furniture and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and access to the convention center was just a walk across the parking lot. You can also easily walk to Starbucks, Panera and several other restaurants. '

'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'The hotel was conveniently located near highway and airport. Desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Coffee was available 24hours a day and lemon water in the evening was helpful. Our room was basic but clean with microwave and mini fridge. The cable didn’t work well but we were not in the room enough for it to impact '

The accommodations were great, but in 78 years I have never encountered such genuine hospitality consistently during my entire five day stay.'

Very clean room, large comfy bed with plenty of pillows as well as a nice cozy living area with sofa, chair and big screen tv Very friendly staff made it a breeze to check in. Wonderful free breakfast offered at 6:30 in the morning. I slept better than at my own bedroom.'
