Malibu House In Minnesota

Deze Malibu in Minnesota Beach House ligt aan de prachtige oevers van Lake Pokegama in Grand Rapids. Dit kristalheldere, meer met veer gevoede meer biedt geweldige vismogelijkheden, kanovaren en zeilen. Vanaf het dok, boot over naar Pokegama Golfbaan voor achttien holes en dineren. Het meer biedt andere eetgelegenheden (Zorbaz en Pickled Loon) voor uw plezier.

Beachside ligt dicht bij het huis met een zand geleidelijke diepte voorbij het dok. Vreugdevuur voor die marshmallow lekkernijen en een wrap around dek voor die sterrenhemel van Noord-Minnesota met sterrenhemel! Een veranda met uitzicht op het meer vier seizoenen met breedbeeld-tv, Wi-Fi internet, dvd's en games zijn beschikbaar voor uw vermaak.

Als u boekt, neem dan geen kinderen jonger dan twaalf jaar mee. Neem echter een totaal aantal gasten op in het boekingsbericht, zodat we weten hoeveel mensen er daadwerkelijk komen. Voor alle duidelijkheid: alle kinderen zijn welkom, maar we brengen geen kosten in rekening voor kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar. Voeg geen kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar toe aan uw boeking.

Uw boot kan worden afgemeerd aan de kade of naar eigen goeddunken (verhuur beschikbaar in de stad, zoek Grand Rapids bootverhuur) en andere waterscooters is acceptabel om mee te nemen. We bieden twee gratis kajaks voor gebruik. Honden (tegen betaling per huisdier) zijn welkom.

Had an excellent stay here with some friends for a milestone birthday!! The property delivered as listed and did not disappoint. There is plenty of space to accommodate a group across a variety of weather conditions. Access, location on the lake and proximity to a boat launch made for some enjoyable days out on the lake. Chris is always very responsive should you have any questions or need anything.

Really lovely week

The house is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more to make our week really special. We had a family of five, ages 10 to 89, and everyone loved it. There was always something to do, restaurants and shopping were very close (within 5-15 minutes by car). For people with mobility issues, the house has a ramp for easy access and everything that one would need (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, tv room, and the porch) are on one floor. The views were spectacular and the neighborhood is really quiet and secluded. If I could give more stars I would!

Long weekend on Pokegama

The property is large and nice. The beach is perfect and there is room to tie up a boat to the dock. The house was even bigger than expected and had everything we needed. There was a brief issue with the air conditioning but the owner response time was fantastic, especially given it happened over the weekend. Highly recommend.

Unique Property

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day. It is a unique/quirky house. The children loved the water and kayaks. Water was clear and shallow. Fishing off the dock was also popular. Three small queen rooms on first floor - second floor loft was definitely open to the rest of the house. Two separate living spaces and a screened in deck.

Back to Sherrys Arm!

We wanted to find a place to stay on Pokegama as we haven't been back since we sold our cabin on Sherrys Arm. The location of this place is great and for our family it couldn't have worked any better. We rented a boat from Grand Rapids Marine and launched it at the south end of Sherrys Arm. We were able to tie the boat to the dock at the cabin. The cabin had the best beach for the 4 and 1 year old and even the adults. Boated to the Pickled Loon one night and even to Pokegama Golf Course for a round. The house is an interesting design. I have never seen that many operable windows and screen doors. The layout worked well for our group and allowed for naps and downtime for some while others played games or listened to music. The kitchen had every utensil you needed. Great dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. We would definitely go back.

Amazing Place!

Amazing place, the perfect set up for families. The beach is clean with a gradual increase in depth—great for young swimmers! The house had ample seating for meals for our group of 10, we loved being able to eat inside or out. The screen in porch was perfect for relaxing at night. Great Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beach was perfect for the four toddlers we had with us. They had plenty of room to play and the gradual depth of the water was perfect for the kids to swim and feel comfortable. The house itself provided plenty of room and it was really enjoyable to have a table that accommodated all of us to eat together. Really nice experience, we would stay here again.

Great location and beach

We had a wonderful time. There was a nice breeze on deck so could enjoy without mosquitoes. The kids loved the beach, dock and swimming to the raft. It is located on a great location of the lake. The loft was good for adult sleeping, not young children. It was only 10 minute drive to grocery stores and Target. Pokegama lake is beautiful and we also enjoyed going out to islands to swim.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is very well stocked (we travel often & this is probably the best stocked we have ever stayed in). The yard is wonderful. We really enjoyed the lake, beach, kayaks, hot tub, swim platform, screened porch, and deck. It's very private & the lake is very clear. The kids & dog had a great time swimming & we rented a pontoon and pulled it right up to the dock. There is also a lot to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

The house is located in a bay on the lake that is somewhat sheltered when the winds kick up. Our family made excellent use of the canoe and kayaks (and PFDs) as well as the dock for a rented pontoon which we used to go explore the lake, visit friends and go get pizza! (highly recommend you consider renting if you are there for any length of time). Our children and grandchildren will remember fondly our time together here

Great Family Vacation

This property had the perfect outdoor areas for all ages. We enjoyed the nice sandy beach and spent hours at the end of the dock watching sunsets. The hot tub was nice to have on some of our cooler days. The lake access was great for everyone - we appreciated being able to swim with no weeds out to the raft. We also enjoyed having kayaks and a canoe - there were bikes available - but we didn't want to leave the lake. The house was quite large and had plenty of spots for everyone to spread out. The property manager was VERY helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Finally, there was a large enough driveway for multiple cars and a boat trailer. The fishing on Lake Pokegama was EXCELLENT!

Great Family Trip!

Our family of 5 adults and 6 kids all siblings and their kiddos had our annual cabin/lake trip here and had an amazing weekend. The view of the lake is amazing, the beach is great for little kids and the floating platform off the dock was great for the big kids. There’s a hot tub with views to the lake and the deck wraps around which is great for access and views. Was great for my brother’s dog too. Had a memorable weekend!
