'My stay did not start out well. There was a problem at check in with changing the length of my stay. I had been told ahead of time that it could be changed when I checked in but then I was told at check in that I could not change it. When I made my reservation I stated I would pay at check in. When I got to your hotel, you had already charge me for my room and said that was why I couldn't change it. I did not authorize payment ahead of time and I was upset being told one thing and then...

'We love visiting Grand Rapids. We reserved a room so our family could enjoy a day at Meijer Garden and another day at the zoo. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and told us about the light dinner and the next day’s breakfast.
He was the highlight of our stay.
The ‘dinner’ fare was passable, but limited choices.
Our room was odd, an interior room with a small window overlooking a hall or narrow atrium, couldn’t figure it out. The dark colors of the room gave it a cell sort of vibe....

'No Coffee in the room.
There was a non working refrigerator and a small loud refrigerator in the corner.
Coffee was $10 for 2 cups.
It's ok, but mostly paying for convenience to a venue.
Neighborhood is questionable.'

'We have stayed here for two days on a business trip. The room was okay sized, clean and with comfortable beds. Enough service and good location to main roads! The neighborhood is bit shabby, but we just needed a clean bed for the night and that they offered. The only thing we didn't like and which is causing our "okay" rate, is the fact windows couldn't open at all! It left the room in a bit of a molled/dusty smell when entering the room and it took some time to get used to it everytime we...

'Clean room, the property is a little dated or maybe that’s just the brand of hotel. It definitely gives country side hotel.. but I enjoyed my stay. Gravity, which is the Taphouse right in front of the hotel… had amazing food. I would go back to the hotel. Staff was nice and breakfast is included'
