NEW! NEW! Welcome to the Westside Charmer, your perfect home away from home in a prime location - minutes from downtown and walking distance to all that the Westside and Bridge Street has to offer, all while still being on a quiet, wooded street!

This charming home has been thoughtfully updated and outfitted – including hardwood floors throughout, stainless appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end furnishings.

THE SPACE
Downstairs you will find a large living room (with queen pullout couch) and open concept dining space, with plenty of space to socialize, have meals, and entertain. Pass through the dining area to a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar which also attaches to a spacious laundry room. You will also find a large bathroom with a tiled shower and extra toiletries to fit all your needs on the first floor.

Walking up the spacious staircase, you will find a nice landing area which takes you to two delightful bedrooms that have queen and full beds. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and Smart TV’s for all of your streaming needs. All TV's are equipped with Netflix accounts, there is no cable TV available at this property. There is also another bathroom upstairs.

Out back is a cozy patio with mature trees and a small grassy area to get fresh air. FREE street parking (readily available right out front).

Such a lovely, well-curated home and thoughtful host! This place had everything we needed. Plenty of parking on the street right outside the home and an easy front entrance. The weather was snowy during our stay so it was a nice touch to have the steps and sidewalk were cleared and salted for us first thing in the morning - thank you!

This property is adorable. A quant spot in the city that is dog friendly. They have everything you need as a home away from home. My daughter lives a block down the road, and we were able to cook a wonderful Easter dinner. The dogs loved the walks down to the park, and we felt safe walking day and night. I hope to able return in the future.

An early Christmas at the Charmer

We had a lovely stay at the Westside Charmer. It loved up to its name. The host is excellent and has thought of everything to make your time at her home pleasant, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was very clean and orderly. The beds were cozy and the house inviting to all. It was even decorated for Christmas!
