'Perfect weekend! Clean! A couple doors down from where we rented a pontoon. Beautiful dock with 2 sets of stairs leading to the water. Had our coffee on the dock while on the loungers and comfortable chairs and tables. Deck, outdoor tables and chairs and gas grill with grilling tools ready to use. Very thoughtful amenities: beach towels, speaker for the boat, washer and dryer, a large backyard with bags, hammock, kayak with life jacket (though we didn’t try them), oversized...

'Everything was seamless! Austin made it easy and was very responsive. Read fine print as this is a duplex where Austin lives next door yet we never heard a peep! HUGE backyard/fire pit/hot tub main entrance is through lower level main bedroom. Great access by driving for all the local beach towns and Hope campus/downtown Holland. Bikes and beach towels provided!'

'We had a lovely stay at the Holland property! Great location for everything we wanted to do in town. There’s a great park a couple of blocks away that we enjoyed several afternoons at and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks too. Also the amazing farmers market is a 10 minute walk away which was great for picking up fresh produce.'

'The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and...

'We loved our stay! The tiki theme made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The lake was wonderful. The included use of the kayaks and paddle boards was really nice! We made a fire in the firepit outside and used the hot tub while we watched a movie on the TV behind the bar. The loft is nicely appointed and has everything you need, including games (we played Pictionary!). We'll definitely be back again. Thank you to our hosts!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. 'This was the perfect house for our stay in Holland. The house is older, but well-maintained and updated, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was awesome, and the indoor space was great for having meals as well as having a separate TV room from the living room to allow people space as they needed. The location was absolutely perfect. It is a half mile walk to downtown. The neighborhood was awesome to be able to walk and run. Getting to the beach was an easy 15 minute drive.We could...
