'Unique and charming. Very comfortable for two. Comfy bed and sitting area, well outfitted kitchenette (cooktop allowed us to make dinner one night), nice patio for sitting outside and listening to the birds. Just outside of Grand Rapids, a short drive to the bike trails. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of riding. '

'We had a truly wonderful and peaceful stay at this cabin. The location is incredibly pristine — deep in the woods, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing retreat. 'Beautiful historic log cabin with all the amenities you would want. The grounds are well kept and very scenic. The area is very peaceful, relaxing, and interesting. This is our second year coming to the Marcel Lodge and have had a fantastic experience both times.'

'We were in town for a family wedding and had a great stay. The property accommodated all of our needs and was clean. The dock had access to the lake and was great. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boat. I had a question for the host and they contacted me right away. We would highly recommend this property.'

'Perfect cabin getaway on a quiet, clean lake! The cabin was very clean, host was excellent with communication, everything was as advertised. We loved the boathouse and went kayaking, played ping pong upstairs, and had a fire in the evening. Would highly recommend. Definitely will be a place we will stay at again! '

'We had the most amazing trip. The fishing was great. Went swimming. Made campfires went to the Antler Store for ice cream. The lake is beautiful. 'We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! When we arrived for 4th of July weekend we were expecting a busy, loud and boistrous lake. We incredibly surprised to learn how quiet and relaxing it is!
