'If you are looking for a 5 star house this may not be your cup of tea. Although the house could use some maintenance the overall experience was great. Cleanliness was pretty good, like any place there are some detailed cleaning that could be done but couldn't my house too ;) Everything was clean and comfortable. Owner was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a family gathering and there was plenty of chairs in the shade and yard for the kids to play in. The...

'Staff was informative and friendly. Breakfast was great and choice of in house breakfast and passes was unique. Everything was clean…rooms were spacious and well stocked. The area was activity.filled. We went to museums, stores and galleries. Everything was in walking distance. Also there are a variety of restaurants we enjoyed. All in all, Paducah was a charming, hospitable place to visit.'

'This is a wonderful farmhouse surrounded by cornfields: all the peace and quiet you want, but within 15 minutes from whatever you need. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the hosts seem to have thought of every detail to make your stay a pleasant one. We also loved reading about the history of the house and its previous occupants! Great experience all around. '

'Respite was used as a hub to places we could walk to…it was hot but that’s not your fault. We were close to most to places we wanted to visit. We ate breakfast there at most days…delicious. Great staff. A lot of help to find our way around. At night we ate at wonderful restaurants, never the same twice.'
