There were constant issues with the elevators and at least one was out of order at all times, including the parking garage and building elevators. 'Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.'
