'We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again.'

'Looks small on the outside but roomy on the inside they supply everything you need for a beach trip or grill out. outside is fence for the pets and even has a table and fan for you all hard floors through out so clean up is a breeze 10/10 would go again '

'We enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, just steps away from multiple public beach access points, which made beach trips super convenient. The inside of the home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space has a lot of potential, though it could use a bit of attention. Check-in was great, we were even able to get into the home an hour early, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing beach getaway!'

'After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks. '

'We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! '

'The owners were responsive and we had no issues. The property is very close to the beach, but behind a large parking garage. Some things need some updating/painting and repairs (fridge didn't seem to stay very cold) and dish washer seemed to leak...couldn't tell for sure. But overall, we were happy and comfortable.We've rented many, many places and this was a good value and we'd recommend it. It was especially good for us since you can bring your small dog and there's lots of space to walk...

'The cottage was well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. It is close to Huntington Beach State Park which is a wonderful beach and nature area. It is also close to Brookgreen Gardens which is a stunning place for a stroll and to see beautiful works of art (sculpture). Located between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island, you have easy access to restaurants, shopping and groceries. We didn't use the community areas (pool, etc) but...

'We really enjoyed our time here, only bad thing for us which isn't really thier fault the Parking is very tight especially for a bigger suv. It is not a huge issue, the location was great, I'm a big fella and could be on the beach in 4 or 5 minute walk. All around great place for a quick getaway. '
