'The room was very clean. The staff, especially Mateo at the front desk, was very help ful. He helped me with the WiFi and even came up to our room and closed the curtains for us. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. I would recommend the courtyard Marriott in Norwich without hesitation.'

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc).'

'I'm sorry to say this hotel is aweful. The attendant was great so that was a silver lining. She tried to find a room that didn't smell so strongly of smoke. The room initially looked clean but we found hair balls and other "stuff" on the floor. The blanket had cigarette burn holes, see picture. When you walk barefoot you had to clean your feet, it needed to be mopped. There's also people living in rooms for extended periods, plants, bbq grill etc. They're trying to do some things around the...
