Hotel was good except for being told we did not have a reservation at first, just to find out we did but for only one night when it was actually three, shouldn’t matter if it’s booked thru Expedia, not the greatest thing to hear after a five hour drive

I think the room I was in was previously smoked in. My asthma acted up and there was yellow marks on the ceiling and it smelled like a smokers car or an old ashtray. Thankfully I just needed a place to crash for 1 night.

i liked how quiet the building was and how clean it felt, i think the air conditioning could be improved & area but other than that i’d stay again :)

The hotel is super comfortable and clean. I missed some breakfast. But Ramona's service at the reception is impeccable. She is an extremely polite, respectful and attentive person. Sometimes we miss people with good education working in front of a hotel, but this is not the case! If you want to be well attended, look for her, she is amazing! Super smiling. And there is nothing more pleasurable in life than being well served by someone who is providing services. I loved this girl!

This hotel unfortunately is not worth the cost, I usually stay at the Super 8, but this time I chose this place for a little nicer experience, but I found that its not really any better than the Super 8. Just more expensive. Still best bang for your buck is the Super 8. The only thing nicer about this place is that they have a working hot tub.

Downtown Grande Prairie has the usual bars and restaurants within east walking distance and as well the Sandman has two places to eat and drink attached Parking was a little difficult as it was very busy over the weekend
