'Went for a team tournament. We all booked this hotel, Majority couldn’t check in for 3+ hours. When we finally got the rooms one had no toilet paper, one had issues with the bathroom, we had no hot water the whole stay. They couldn’t switch to another room yet offered a new room to a team member with the bathroom issue. Had to try to convince them for a discount as they said couldn’t refund because we booked through expedia…. Also pool and hot tub was closed the whole weekend and not much...

'We booked a room with a king bed and when we got to the motel, they said they didn't have a pet friendly room with a king bed. So they put us in a room with two double beds so my partner and I slept separate which kind of sucked. The neighbouring room had a dog that barked for hours straight and the front desk didn't do anything about it.
