This charming property on the Alentejo coast offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay.

As you enter the house, you'll find a beautiful kitchen that provides a welcoming environment for socializing. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a washing machine.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a dining table for guests to enjoy their meals together after a day on the beach.

The master bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed with multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has a convertible bed that turns into two single beds.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The house is located in the village of Muda, just between Grândola and Comporta, and a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Melides, Carvalhal and Comporta.

Grândola, in the Setúbal district, is a typical small Alentejan town. Set amidst plains of crops and vast gatherings of cork trees, for which the area is famous. Perhaps its coat of arms best represents the town, with depictions of fruit-bearing trees, a wild boar, and a river, the Sado, which would indeed be the sole source of valuable agriculture here.

Nearby nature reserves offer various outdoor activities. Many species of birds reside around the Sado estuary, and the dunes at Tróia are particularly beautiful.

You can also adventure on a short night walk along the sandy path, and you'll have the chance to see a sky like you've never seen before!

No public transport is nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terrace.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
