'Was here for five days! The staff, was very courteous and helpful every time we had questions. The room itself was very clean, staff provided extra items once we needed them. Overall, the hotel property was relaxing, fun and a great time! '

'The hotel is in the perfect location and well-maintained. It had good parking. The breakfast, which was included, was good. The pool and water park for the children is awesome. The staff was polite. The room was clean.'

'Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!'

It’s valet parking only unless you can actually find a parking spot, which is impossible.. we had a king size room which the bed was comfortable and changed quite often , but felt a little claustrophobic because the windows did not open to hear the ocean breezes. 'Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...
