'This is definitely for a solo traveler. Extremely clean, very helpful, professional staff. My room was a 3rd floor walk up. Small shower/ bathroom with a double bed and tv. Very clean. The hotel’s decor is white/yellow accents, unique and very traditional. The breakfast visited of coffee, croissants and fruits. Not a continental spread. 'I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. 'This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. 'Good value for money. Personel was very nice, helped us fined good places to go and in general very friendly. It could be a little more up to date (cheap repairs) but thats what you get for this price. Really likes our stay!'

'This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!'

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!'

'My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This was easily the best stay we have ever experienced. The cleanliness was top tier, never once did the towels, bed sheets, shower, floors etc feel gross/questionable. The rooms are beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a nice stay.
