'I really wanted to like this place, but it was honestly a disappointing stay. The listing is misleading—this is not a “brisk walk” to the beach, and the beach itself didn’t feel safe or well-kept. The property is in a gated community with only one entrance/exit, so without a car you’re walking very far just to get anywhere. Cleanliness was a big issue. The sink hadn’t been cleaned, there was dark sand in the bathroom, the bathtub had black dirt in it, and the balcony wasn’t wiped down. The pool...

I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore. The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...
