'No a/c in main part of the room'

'My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.'

'I stayed at the Coral Apartment. It was really cozy and exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. AC worked perfectly. Everything was in good shape. Hot water. Easy access to main road. Gas station and supermarkets nearby. 100% recommended'

'Wonderful, spacious house very close to the beach. The host was attentive and helpful, he responded quickly to our messages and resolved our concerns. There was a mandatory housekeeping on the second morning of our stay separate from the expected fee on our departure - it was not expensive just unexpected. There is limited hot water so stagger your showers if staying with a large group! Overall, the place was amazing and I would definitely stay again!'

'We had a great week at this property! Lots of room for everyone in our party. The pool was very relaxing. The house is located within a walking distance of Isla Verde beach and many restaurants. The property manager provides a welcome packet at check-in with all instructions / information needed. We had a couple of minor issues and communication was easy. I only wish we had the packet sooner as it was full of great information!! Thanks for a wonderful stay. '

'Excellent location, pool was super clean and not crowded. Great facility. They need to work on attention to detail on the cleaning side. Town was very close by with plenty of stores and night actives.'

'This was sent to owner. No response back. This is what happened yesterday: At first i noticed like two in my room and then i went to shower and saw like 50 by the light. Then i opened the door to the bathroom and saw like 100 in there. Both the outside door and my room door were shut. There were many flies in the sink and toilet. I cant even sleep in my room tonight This is the room my granddaughter was staying in. Iza is a wonderful manager and she is very helpful but this issue was , I assume...
