'The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

'The house owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions. We loved walking the short walk to Shacks Beach. The house is centrally located to explore other nearby beaches and towns. We walked to Ola Lola’s and the Eclipse restaurant for dinner. The house had everything we needed for the four of us. '

'This is a wonderful property! It's beautiful, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work well. Be sure to check out the sitting area on top of the roof. It's a great place to sit and visit, especially in the evening. Really good barbecue grill up there, too.The hosts are quick to respond.I highly recommend this place. I would love to return.'

'Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working order.We spent the majority of our time in the backyard and patio. Good pool but a bit difficult to get out of. Needs a ladder or an extra step to make it...

'Carmelo was a great host! he was accommodating and understanding. The place was clean, cool comfortable and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place i would come back to!'

'Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. 'This was our first trip to PR we were very happy with our stay and even canceled our rain forest trip because we had plenty to do in Rincon.'

'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. 'We really enjoyed our stay on this property. It has everything you need and it has a modern feel. The area is very safe and quiet. It's close to the most amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes (driving - you will need an car) including Crash Boat, Punta Borinquen Beach, Peña Blanca, Surfers Beach, Survival Beach, and more.
