'Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. 'Best place to stay if you like outdoors, tropical forest views, and nature sounds. Place has direct river access without the need for a long hike. Straight forward check in Attentive host Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Casa Parcha'

'This is a clean, nice apartment in a good location. The host is nice and responsive. The problem we faced was incredibly loud music coming from restaurant below between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, even though the restaurant officially closed at 10pm. After the music stopped we still had trouble sleeping from loud dogs barking the rest of the night. '

'No swimming pool available. Not good Reason I went was swimming pool. Access to beach closed after 7pm , not good Rest was ok. I belief I need a night free to recup when swimming pool is available. All reason we went was the swimming pool. Which was good in past times.'
