'Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is well located; 10-15 minutes to any places in Old San Juan. We walked to the cruise port. Spacious room 201 but no view - french balcony is a waste. Nice sitting area separate from bedroom. Lots of storage and hangers. Safe is simple. Kitchenette with sink and microwave. Can ask for dishes and cutlery. Fridge works well. Ice machine on 2nd floor. Wonderful helpful front staff. TV's in both rooms but they were super complicated. AC in both rooms are on one...

'Beautiful hotel with multiple onsite restaurants, stores and a private beach. The only thing we did not like was there are no microwaves in the rooms. It was difficult with our baby as we needed to warm up his milk multiple times. I had to make so many trips to the lobby where microwaves were placed for use by customers. It was inconvenient. Otherwise no complaints. Front desk staff was awesome. Great service. Thank you for the wonderful stay. '

'Wanted to give a room without any daylight windows, needed to pay more then 500$ extra for an upgrade to have a room with windows. Charged multiple times for Valet parking while not used, after calls still not solved so now escalated to the credit card company, extreme bad service!'
