'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'The service was great. They have a sister company across the street, so we were able to use their pool as well, and they provided us with beach towels and chairs, umbrellas. The views are spectacular. Minutes away from old San Juan and other beaches.'

'Here’s a cleaner and more polished version that still sounds genuine and firm: The hotel was very underwhelming and did not feel worth the price we paid. We arrived a few hours early and appreciated that the staff held our luggage while we waited for check-in. However, we were told we would be notified when the room was ready, and no one ever contacted us. Once we got to the room, we discovered there was no hot water, and the shower would sometimes stop running entirely in the middle of use....

'I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side.'
