'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight. 'I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. 'A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat.'

'We have stayed here before about 4 years ago. It was in better shape, the pool bar was attended well, and there were towels at the pool. This time we had to ask 3 times for towels to be brought to the pool area (where you are only allowed to use pool towels) before they finally brought them. There is nobody at the pool bar serving and it’s 1 PM on a weekend. We will be unlikely to return to this hotel in the future.'

'This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by. '

'Staff was helpful, rooms got cleaned, stuff was near by to do. I you want the true tourist feel go here. There’s no space for anything because it is so packed. Traffic if terrible. Partying went on for long time outside. There was loud construction and cars all night. If you want the tourist feel but more space and less people isla verde I recommend. I learned my lesson. '

'The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service! '

'What a cute little room! I was pleasantly surprised. I had room number 9 upstairs. The room was clean and tidy and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was quite large- huge shower with hot water and good pressure. There was a bench to leave my open suitcase on as well as some wire shelving and hangers to store more clothing. There were bath and beach towels in the room. Although I didn’t need beach towels, it was nice to know that they were there if I had more time to visit a beach. The location...

'Clean large room for our family of four. There was construction going on at the time so it was loud in the morning but we woke up early anyway so wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is great, close enough for a short uber ride to old San Juan. '

'The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep.
