'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'The hotel’s location for exploring Old San Juan was excellent! Staff very helpful and welcoming, the security systems in place for accessing the hotel were top notch, breakfast was delicious and great options, the roof top lounges and jacuzzi were quite nice and a great place to hang out in the evenings. 'Staff was super attentive. From the check in at 12am until we left , they were always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. The beach was so close and so many food options to grab and go on your way to enjoy the waves. My only complaint was the beach chairs that were offered to us. They were worn down and my daughter felt she was going to fall right through. I do hope they work on updating the chairs, since we will definitely be coming back! Overall, great experience!'
