'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand.
Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed.
De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'I'd like to commend Christian and the staff at El Colonial! Super caring, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around the whole time we stayed. Always had a smile on their face and their service was second to none. I'll definitely be back because of them. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are within walking distance. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. The free breakfast was a plus (though the selection was limited) and there was also a lovely pool at...
