'The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool...

'This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. '

'I'd stay away. I wanted to give them a good review. We didn't have running water for 2 nights! The host told us if we stayed, we'd get a refund for the 2 nights. She said it'd go through in two weeks. It's been two weeks and expedia said no request was submitted. Expedia is only giving half back and I'm fighting to get what was promised as it ruined part of our experience in PR. Besides the lack of running water, it was as advertised. 'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. '
