'Gmthw hotel is ar a great location. Ive stayed here many times, however this time there some misses. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. Funny i was given a room rught next to the elevator, the room was smelly and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had ti find an employee ti ask them to spray the room and get some soap. The guy was very nice, he said give me a minute, ill be right there. Meanwhile i called the front desk abd informed the clerk that my room was right...

'Hilton National Mall is a good hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of options for dining and recreation. However, I marked it down one star due to a somewhat uncomfortable bed and lousy pillows. Now I am a pillow snob so much so that I used to always travel with a good pillow.
