Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

'Cute little house! Clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Had everything you would reasonable need for a stay. We stayed 4 nights while my son played in a tournament at the usssa stadium and it wasn't a bad drive (20-25 mins). '
