'When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. '

'We were in room 100 there were a ton of ants. They did provide us with big spay. I didn't like the fact that they seemed to be aware that that room had issues with ants. Why would they put a guest that has been there many times to their hotel or any guest for that matter. They offered to move us on our second day but I choose not to because I wasn't sure it was the only room with that issue.
