'Wonderful stay. House looks small from the outside, but rooms are spacious. Good size kitchen with good space to cook and bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and walk in shower. 'We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!'

'This place met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you might need for a short stay. However, the sink In the bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere. There was absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. I had to use the table outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.'

'We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful.'

'I would 100% recommend. The trailer is super cozy & has everything you need. Both the bed & futon are super comfy. The best part is the pond. It is such a peaceful lil place to take a breather & break from the hustle. It has a constant flow of water going through & it was so calming. We brought the dogs and they loved it as well. 'Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward.
