'luxury cabins waren in sommige opzichten inderdaad luxueus (goed bed, bubbelbad....en .....ouderwetse tv, smakeloos interieur, ok ontbijt. Weinig hartelijke ontvangst: "here you have some information about the area, but you are only here for one night so you won' be able to see much.... Inderdaad, wanneer we de volgende dag gaan wandelen (vroeg om de massa voor te zijn), moeten we wachten tot het ontbijt klaar is om 9 U. Voor 120 euro, zou ik zeggen goed adres, voor 200 euro, overpriced'

'Beautiful hotel right on the river. The grounds are amazing. There was always someone one working at cleaning or landscaping and it showed. I loved the beautiful flowers and being able to relax in a chair and observe all the windsurfers and kiteboarders on the river. My only suggestion would be a few softer pillow options. The ones provided were a bit too thick and firm for my personal preference. Hotel was neat, clean and conveniently located.'

'I wasn’t excited about a Best Western, but the charm of this location changed my mind. The restaurant next door was fabulous for breakfast. The room was clean and the views from the patio overlooking the river as I enjoyed my coffee, made the stay worthwhile. I really enjoyed the local photography on the walls. Nice touch!'

'We loved the setting and the friendly staff, all of them. We especially liked John, who helped us to our room with the luggage cart. Our dinner at the pub was delicious and had big views of the grounds and the Columbia River. I was disappointed that I chose to pay for the room when booking the one night to save $40 but then was charged a $40 resort fee when I checked in. '

'This is a beautiful home with lovely gardens and rooms. We enjoyed our stay. It was an drive to the business district, breweries and down to the river.
