Beautiful Waterfront Cottage with Hot Tub in South Muskoka

The property:

Fully renovated home with huge living space which includes large living room and a separate dining area. All amenities including large TV, fireplace/pellet stove, fully equipped kitchen, internet, 3 bedrooms and sofa beds that can accommodate up to 11 people.
Bookings for 10 or more guests will include access to the fully equipped upstairs suite with space for up to 4 more guests, at an extra charge of $75/person per night (calculated according to the entire length of the stay- no partial stay calculation) . Between May and September for groups of 15 and above we also offer a separate small one-bedroom house with its own kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom with queen size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Please note that the both the second bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fourth bedroom are all within the upstairs suite. Similarly, the small separate house (the third unit on the premises), contains the fifth bedroom and third living room, with its own kitchen and bathroom. Reservations of 9 guests or under will have access to only one kitchen, one bathroom, and 3 bedrooms as well as two full size sofa beds in the living room. 10 to 14 guests will enjoy the second unit and 15+ would enjoy the third unit. We kindly expect full guest and pet presence/count transparency in the booking, which is also verified through security-camera footage.
