'This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!'

'My family and I stayed at The Blessing House for my nephew’s graduation. This is a wonderful place! Lots of character to the house. A quiet neighborhood. The only problem we had was not receiving the entry code. The property owner responded quickly, so this was minor. I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back and stay again!'

'Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. 'Nice area sounded by nature close to bike trails and close to grocery stores and some restaurants. We drove to Bentonville to eat out. Inside is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couch, primary bedroom mattress was firm and sheets are soft. The extra $60+ a night in fees/taxes is something to be aware of. '
