Excellent bedrooms, tiny crowded kitchen, but adequate for what we needed. Beautiful tucked in setting. Lots of local info and pamphlets. Let us keep bikes in garage. I would stay there again. 'A great place to spend time with friends and enjoy the trails in and around Bentonville. Dirt Haven had everything we needed! Our group of 9 adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and the entire layout! Very comfortable for larger groups compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. The driveway easily fit 4 vehicles, and the 2 car garage was perfect for our 14 bikes in total! Many hooks to hang your bikes or bags! The park/dog park is also right across the main street plus Red Kite...

'The house was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and near enough to Bentonville. Kitchen had the basics for cooking. Enough hot water for 2 showers - you'll need to spread showers out if you come with 4 people. Exterior decks/furniture were heavily coated with pollen & tree debris. We cleaned them ourselves and notified the property manager that this should be a normal part of make-ready. Property manager was extremely responsive throughout our stay.'

'We were fortunate to be able to rent this house on Lake Brittany for a week of R&R. The home is super nice - the layout is perfect for a couple, family with kids, or two couples - as it has 2 primary suites. The house was very clean. Everything in very good condition - like new furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. The sunroom is a huge plus! We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting out there reading. The house is in an excellent neighborhood with many beautiful new...

'What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk.'

'The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.'
