'No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

'Room was decent. Bad too hard. Microwave interior was dirty. TV limited. Ice machine broken. No coffee. No hair dryer. No deadbolt on door. Gaps around door allowing light to come through. Office person was extremely pleasant.'

'Nice facility! Great water pressure, loud AC.'

'Overall a great deal really safe and clean :)'

'Clean and the breakfast was a perk.'

'Clean room, great staff, very quiet comfortable beds, easy parking'

'We went to a concert at Hard Rock Sacramento and this Hotel is 20 minutes away, so it was really well located. The staff were really nice and there was plenty of parking. The pool needs some maintenance. Breakfast was fine. We had a great experience and we definitely will go back !'

'The property was very well lighted and quiet at night. The carpet of the room we stayed in was starting to unravel toward the base board in some areas but the room was nice size, clean and well maintained. The aesthetic of the room was great except for the orange accent wall - it was a little bright when you are trying to settle down to go to sleep. It had all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The male staff was not very friendly but the female staff was friendly. This is our...

'Nice hotel, good rooms, location is not too good, '

'We had such a wonderful stay. Learned about the hens and roosters on property right when we arrived. Not something you see everyday but they were there to welcome us along with the staff. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size with lots of different equipment. And their breakfast had several good hot and cold options. I liked that there was a small store of snacks and toiletries, should we need or want anything. We would definitely stay here again!'

':) great place to get away and relax.'

'Room was clean and big. Property was in need of attention. It was quite but we stayed a thursday and friday. It was fine for a 2 night stay while we attended a concert. We would stay again if we attended another put of state show.'

'Everything was great employees friendly and great costumer service'

'Always a great place to stay.'

'It was clean and has a casino'
