'Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). '

'I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining...

'This is our second time staying at this property. It is so comfortable, and feels like home. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. The couches and bed are very comfortable. The backyard is very cute and kids would love jumping on the enclosed trampoline. Sharalee is very responsive to any questions that might arrise. Wonderful home away from home!'
