'Front desk lady was very nice and respectful, the cook with the hair wrapped up in the bar and grill was super unprofessional, condescending and rude. Will come back but won’t step foot in that bar and grill. '

'Rooms are of a modern Swiss chalet sort. On property there is a tap house that has nothing but really good beer from California, Oregon, Pennsylvania micro breweries. There are some quality goods for sale in the lobby, including wines by the bottle.'

'Excellent staff top to bottom! First class treatment! They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings...

'Hotel ligt ver van alles af in een bos, tegen een berg. Er wordt vermeld door Expedia dat er een restaurant is. Er is een mogelijk voor -dinning- met de groepen, die daar zijn voor conferentie centrum! Dus geen a la carte eten. Wijhebben met de groep gegeten, maar geen alcohol! De groep wilde dat niet, dus kregen wij het ook niet! Het ontbijt was goed, maar wel aan heel grote ronde tafels met de voor ons onbekende groep!!!! 'The room was very nice and clean. Welcome winehour was a nice gesture. Staff very helpful. Some of the hotel could use updating, like the game room and pool. An outside shower at the pool would have been perfect. '
