'There wasn't anything we didn't like. The house is on a street of historic homes, beautiful. Our room was small and cozy. Everything was well kept and clean. Breakfasts were amazing! Dan and Jamie were very personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend The Butler House. '

'When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. It looked to be very comfortable and roomy, and had a relatively large fridge, so I accepted. Never regretted the decision. 'The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!'

'The owners/hosts were so pleasant to interact with, and were extremely helpful when we came back sick from the amusement park (even suggesting we write a poor review for the theme park)! The room was quaint and clean, and the breakfasts were also amazing - it was my first time trying a full English breakfast, and the hostess was such a sweet lady! 'The vibes were immaculate. Our host was attentive, charasmatic, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and I felt like I was in a piece of classic literature! If you're looking for a very private getaway, this might not be the place for you, but we loved meeting the other guests and chatting over the beautiful breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again!'
