'The front desk staff is definitely the best thing about this hotel. The front area was very clean. But the elevators were dirty, one of them did not work at all. I had an infestation of ants in my bathroom that was not addressed after asking for someone to clean them up. There was mold in the tub basin. 'Breakfast was a little burnt and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to acknowledge anyone in the room when we got food. The room we were in was amazing and very clean. The housekeepers were amazing especially when it came to asking for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and amenities. The front desk people however were rude and kept making snide comments about the guests having dogs and how we were wasting their time because our dog would have probably ruined the room..
