'Alles keurig verzorgd en in orde. Zelfs een deel van het voetpad om naar Cambridge te lopen was netjes gemaaid. De receptioniste stond ons vriendelijk te woord evenals het personeel in de ontbijtzaal.

'Hotel is modern, well maintained with lovely staff. Rooms are really well kept with beds and pillows that are so comfortable! The best we have had for a long time. Parking is easy, breakfasts are always excellent, with the hot food regularly topped up. Pool area is really clean, helpful staff, and you can order coffee/drinks to be brought to you on the sun beds. A nice touch! Only issue we had was that the air-con was so cold in the evening, it would have been better to be turned down a touch!'

'Overall, a great stay. The hotel isn’t pretty from the outside, but it makes up for it inside. I found the rooms to be more modern than other Mercure Hotels that I have stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from and fresh too. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again.'

"Had a family room, pretty dirty room, and no working toilet. The receptionist handled it pretty well though by putting us into 2 2-person rooms, my compliments for that.
For the rest a basic room that does what it needs to do, being a place to stopover and sleep.
Cannot judge breakfast since we had that elsewhere in Cambridge, dinner looked as the regular hotel food stuff: burger, fish and chips etc "

"Mooi vrij nieuw hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Jammer dat het in en uitchecken zo lang duurde omdat men niet het juiste betaal apparaat beschikbaar had voor Visa kaarten uit de EU.. Daarnaast werkte de sauna en het stoombad nog niet een uur na openingstijd."
