'This ownership doesn’t seem to really cater to its guests- for instance although being a hotel guest they charge you for one of the pools located on the premise same as they do for a non-guest. They also do not offer cocktail service unless you pay for the pool. It’s a bad look makes them look cheap and desperate for cash.'

'I stayed there for a fleeting moment for my son‘s college orientation. The room was very nice. Slept like a baby. No sounds you might hear in a hotel - it was absolute silence. The owner was gracious and accommodating of any needs that I might have had. I would definitely book a room there when visiting my son at college.'

'The older lady in charge of the breakfast room was so sweet!!! A nice, welcoming face to see in the morning. And everything was super clean down there. Five stars for her. She is a total gem! The room was clean, but the walls are thin. I could hear the dude next door in the bathroom. Ew. The bed was extremely soft, but it turned out to be a nice night's sleep.'

'The room we were given initially and entered hadn’t been cleaned. We had to come back to the desk to be moved to a new room. The front desk staff was very helpful and she moved us to a new room. However, even though the new room had been “cleaned”, our puppy found a moldy peach pit on the floor and there was hair in the shower. I know this is a budget hotel but those issues are not okay.'

'Ellicottville is a great little town, even if you don't ski. Great shops, food and nightlife. Our stay at the Wildflower property couldn't have been better. The location is just on the edge of downtown and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming for our dog and us. Our hosts thought of everything!'
