'They took our money as a “down payment” for damages on the room. $100 a night. The water park smelled like pee in a few places and they wouldn’t accommodate us with anything since they took our money out of our bank account they double charged me for parking and a birthday package I bought.'

'Pros: The room was clean with a nice layout. The front entrance contained a pull out sofa, table chairs, TV and kitchen station. A door separated the main bedroom (which had 2 beds). Clean bathroom with a proper working shower. Shower gel (Evelyn & Crabtree-Gardeners line) smelled so good that I plan on ordering for myself. Ice machines available. Breakfast was good when you’re able to get it. Decent variety of items and beverages.

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service.
Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply.
Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
