Βολικό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο των Χανίων
Πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό ΚΤΕΛ όπου τερματίζει το λεωφορείο του αεροδρομίου. Καθαρό και άνετο, με ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Πρωινό δεν παρέχεται, παρέχεται όμως δωρεάν καφές στο δωμάτιο. Προαιρετικά μπορείς να επιλέξεις από κατάλογο πρωινό σε πακέτο που το φέρνουν στο δωμάτιο. Προσωπικά μετά την πρώτη μέρα προτίμησα τις μπουγάτσες και τις λιχουδιές που προσφέρουν τα γύρω καταστήματα.

Reception staff is amazing
The Mosaic is a lovely, bright, modern comfortable spot. It is near the central bus station and within close walking distance of old town. But what makes the Mosaic most special is their reception staff. I wanted to walk the Samaria ( just beautiful) and have my luggage meet me in Sougia. They made several phone calls and figured out how to make that happen and made reservations for me on the bus so that my trip could proceeds as planned. Thank you so much!

Great stay
Excellent hotel. Though the location and the view from the room may not be that great, the service, the delivered breakfast and the aesthetics of the room really blew me away. Thank you, will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chania.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June of 2022 and we quite liked it. It is not in the old town but just a short distance away; in fact this gives you some cheaper dining options and it is very close to the bus station which is a bonus. The staff members, Hara and Irini, are very friendly and helpful; Irini gave us some really good restaurant recommendations. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, but they proudly preserved the floor tiles (I guess that's what the name of the hotel comes from?). The best part? There is a bottle of raki in the lobby and you can always get a shot to refresh yourself!

One of the best hotels I visited! I’ll start with the friendly staff on site; they gave us such a welcoming and unique environment! The hotel is super clean, gorgeous and done a great job thinking about the little details that made our stay so pleasant. Also, the location was super- really close to the city center (5 minutes walk), yet far enough from the racket :). To sum up, if you’re checking about hotels in Chania- you can stop your searches and book here :)

To say we loved this hotel would be an understatement. We had spent most of the week out of Chania and needed a place to spend just one night before our flight. We wished we would have stayed longer! The hotel was gorgeous. They’ve kept some of the older details that make it unique but everything is updated and elevated. The receptionist Hana was so friendly and extremely helpful in suggesting what we should do (even offered us to call after hours when she was no longer at the desk!) it’s a quick 5ish minute walk to lots of little stores that line the street before you get the harbor. We loved it and next time we’re in Crete we’ll be using that as our home base instead of a one night stopover.

Second stay within a year . Excellent communication with the staff , they addressed everything we asked from our late check in to inquiries about adding breakfast and tips about the stay in Chania . A big thanks for our room type upgrade ( from Double room to Junior Suite). The hotel is the best value for money you can get if you want to stay in the residential area in downtown Chania.

Period boutique hotel in Central Chania
Owing to the uncertain times of the pandemic, hotels generally had their own interpretation of the Covid rules. We stayed at 4 hotels on our visit to Crete and Mosaic in Chania did their very best to take all the necessary precautions whilst also providing the most normal holiday and hotel experience possible. The Hotel is in an older building tastefully refurbished with Uber-modern bathrooms and restoration of historic features in the sleeping areas and common guest spaces. We stayed in the best room which included a wrap-around balcony, high ceilings, coffee machine, robust AC and super comfortable bed and linen. We didn't have breakfast at the Hotel but Chania surprised us with food options: bougatsa for breakfast and local dinner options will leave you spoiled for choice. Despite the pandemic and the use of masks seemingly everywhere and at all hours Mosaic has left a lasting impression and we are happy to recommend this Hotel to couples of all ages and we would very happily stay here again. One final note about the staff and owners who are the friendliest and most welcoming. Thank you.

Tolles Hotel
Diese Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb der Altstadt, und dadurch bekommt man auch eher einen Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfend einen bei allen weiter. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Hotel perfecto para visitar la ciudad
Es un hotel boutique muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad. A 5 min andando de la zona histórica para salir a pasear o cenar pero en una zona ideal porque no tiene el bullicio y el jaleo. No tiene aparcamiento pero se puede aparcar bien en la calle. Las habitaciones tienen una estética muy cuidada pero sobre todo son grandes y muy cómodas. Llegamos muy tarde y no tienen recepción las 24 horas pero no hay ningún problema porque te dan un código para entrar en el hotel y te dejan la llave en un sobre. Muy fácil. El servicio excepcional, respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas antes de la llegada muy rápido y allí siempre estuvieron muy atentos a cualquier necesidad.

Besides the excellent condition of the room I had, the staff was exceptionally nice and very professional. I will be staying here again next time I'm in town. The only thing I didn't mind was that the floor was cold but, once I had the heater running it wasn't bad.

Correcte mais sans plus
Les serviettes sont changés seulement aux 2 jours ce qui n’est pas nécessairement très pratique et hygiénique. Ils pourraient simplement proposer comme beaucoup d’hotel un code pour valider si nous voulons qu’elles soient changées ou non. Les chambres sont loin d’être aussi belles que sur les photos. Il est quand même bien situé, proche de la vieille partie de la ville sans pour autant être trop loin. Il est dans un coin plus tranquille. Il est mentionné qu’il y a un service de petit déjeuner ce qui n’est pas le cas. Il n’y a absolument rien de disponible pour cela dans l'hôtel. La chambre est petite mais la salle de bain est très grande.

Mosaic was splendid!
Hotel Mosaic was splendid! The room was super comfortable with a very nice taste in decoration! Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, thanks Kateryna for the restaurant recommendations, thanks Manos for the sweets and special thanks to Xara!
