'We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!'

'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '

'Spotless room, relaxed friendly and efficient staff. Location great if going to The Garden of Unearthly Delights or Glutony during the Festival. Breakfast was very good and well priced. '

'We had the most incredible stay at Mount Lofty Estate. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing and our room was absolutely beautiful. '

'The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance...

'The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.'

'Great location short walk to Victoria Square, Rundle Mall. Also bus stop right out the front. Great rooms, clean, comfortable bed. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Our second stay here and will definitely stay again.'

'This is a nice place: clean, helpful staff, A/C, wifi, and parking. Very well-located to Gluttony and the Garden. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent. Staff is pleasant and really helpful We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'Good value for money which is why I moved there. Fulfilled all expectations. The hotel looked as though it had been very recently refurbished. It is a little further away from the attractions in North Terrace.'
