'The staff was very helpful and the hotel was amazing! It was very clean and nice, and a 5 min walk to either Aldgate or Liverpool station. From there the center (Oxford street etc.) are a few minutes away with the tube. We only had to share a bathroom with one other room and didn't have any problems with that. There were other bathrooms available and they were very clean and nice. So was the kitchen! I would definetely recommend it. '

'We chose this hotel due to its proximity to marleybone station and it was approx 10 min walk to a tube station. We were able to check in slightly early and the area around the hotel was safe. The shower was good and the bed was comfy. The staff were alao friendly. '

'Prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dichtbij Hyde Park (5 min lopen) en verschillende bushaltes. Ook supermarkten en restaurants zijn dicht in de buurt. De kamer was zoals eerder genoemd niet erg groot, maar wel schoon. Elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken en werden de bedden opgemaakt. 'Location is good.But studio is much smaller than advertised- it’s definitely not 400 sq ft! Closer to 200. And it’s at street level so there is noise from foot traffic walking right outside your windows. The reception service of the property should be much better- it was almost non-existent and you are pretty much left to your own devices to figure out how to access the building and your apartment. And check out time at 10 am is brutal with eviction by gruff cleaner. Pity because the location is...
